About the event
Reason for the Event
To re-establish the connection of those who have travelled to Nepal with the REACH for Nepal foundation over the last 5 years and in doing so, raise funds to provide humanitarian aid at a time when it is most needed. With the Covid travel restrictions still in place, many villages are struggling to put food on the table as many of them are reliant on tourism to survive.
Details of the Event
Only people who have travelled to Nepal with the foundation, or those associated with the foundation in a formal capacity, together with their family and friends are invited to this event.
Details of the walk can be found here. In summary, it is about 10 kms in length and will take around 3 to 4 hours. Elevation is only about 300 metres.

Square Rock Walk $25 Donation
The entry fee is $25 per adult or whatever donation you wish to make. Please note the aim of this event is to build and support the REACH for Nepal community here in Canberra, so please don’t let the entry fee preclude you from participating. In other words, the entry fee is non-obligational. On the other hand, if you wish to donate more than $25, then you are eligible for the token prize. Remember, the Australian dollar goes a long way in Nepal where $4 feeds a child lunch for a month.
