REACH for Nepal Foundation to pilot Earthquake Resistant Classroom Builds in Western Nepal

Earthquake Resistant Classroom being built in remote Nepal

Earthquakes don't kill people, but buildings do!

This is why we are now piloting the build of 2 earthquake resistant classrooms at the Shree Amar Jyoti Primary School in Firfire, Tanahun, with the view that these will be the blueprint for all future REACH for Nepal building constructions.

These award winning designs are being built under the guidance of the original engineer and architect and are planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2023. Not only are these classrooms safer, but they are more sustainable, providing a wonderful educational environment for generations to come.
